LinkedIn Local™ Bergen County makes it easy to give back
We are proud to support our local community. All sponsor and ticket proceeds are donated through the Connecting For A Cause fund, which helps local nonprofits making a difference in Bergen County. By partnering with us, you’re not just sponsoring an event, you’re helping others too.
Each event will spotlight a local charitable foundation. We will provide their focus and contact information. Proceeds from your ticket purchase along with any additional donations will go directly to that charity after the event.
How the fund is managed
In keeping with the regulations for community foundations, Connecting for a Cause is a component fund of the Rockland Community Foundation and is a charitable instrument under our non-profit umbrella. All donations made to Connecting for a Cause go directly into that fund for use in supporting non-profit causes that address the need(s) for which it was created.
The Rockland Community Foundation is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit, connecting donors to causes that matter through the creation of funds that they create and the Foundation stewards.
