Patrick Brightman is the co-founder, president, and CEO of 3E Public Relations, a leading marketing communications firm based in Pine Brook, New Jersey. With more than three decades of experience, Patrick has led award-winning public relations and social media campaigns for organizations across industries. The Public Relations Society of America, the Business Marketing Association, and the New Jersey Advertising Club have recognized his work. In 2019, Patrick was inducted into the New Jersey Advertising Hall of Fame, and in 2023 he was named one of the United States’ Top Executives by Marquis Who’s Who.

Our non-profit partner is the Unbridled Heroes Project (UHP). Founded in September 2018 by military veterans Amy McCambridge and Mark Steppe, who envisioned a place where veterans and others affected by trauma could find healing through connection rather than isolation.
Located in Allendale, New Jersey, the organization rescues and rehabilitates mustangs in need, providing them with a safe, permanent home. Through evidence-informed, horse-assisted therapeutic programs, Unbridled Heroes honors our nation’s veterans by fostering confidence, emotional growth, and a renewed sense of purpose.
The organization is supported through donations, programs, events, grants, and direct financial support from its founders when expenses exceed income. At its core, Unbridled Heroes Project is about mutual healing—empowering people while giving rescued horses a second chance at life.
